About Returns

If you need to return something, no problemo.

You can request a refund or an exchange or a credit, as you wish. Just examine the contents of your order upon arrival and call us right away if you need to return something for any reason. You have 30 days from the invoice date to get an RA# (Return Authorization Number).

About Shipping

Orders placed before 11am (PST) Monday � Friday are shipped the SAME DAY.
Orders placed after 11am (PST) Monday � Friday are shipped the NEXT WORK DAY.
Please keep in mind when choosing shipping options that only business days are counted, not holidays or weekend days.
Shipping cost is based on weight. Light stuff costs less than heavy stuff. There's nothing tricky going on here.
You can know the exact shipping cost before you buy - just put the item(s) into your shopping cart, enter your postal code, and the cost to ship it every way possible will be displayed!

Drop Shipped Items

A few items, particularly large or heavy items, we choose to have shipped directly to you from the manufacturer in order to avoid the extra shipping charges and to keep our prices as low as possible. Normally this item ships quickly (although not as fast as our own lightening fast service) and if there is any delay, we will notify you promptly. Please put this item on a order by itself since it will ship separately.

Special Order Items

This item is not one which we keep in stock, but rather will order it for you when requested. Depending on when we receive your order relative to our ordering cycle, it will take up to a couple of weeks before we can ship it to you. Obviously, this requires a bit advance planning on your part.
