My name is Stephanie Sleeper and I make unique & funky hand dyed cloth diapers for babies. After my son was born I combined my lifelong sewing hobby, a commitment to the health and environmental benefits of cloth diapering, and a newfound interest in dyeing sparked by Dharma's Procion dyes and clothing blanks into SchnooglyWear, a home business named after my son's first word: "noogly". (Don't ask me what it means, or how it got a "sch" on the front! I think it was for extra snuggles.)

I make both fitted and "all in one" style diapers with Dharma's cotton print cloth and jersey knit, along with wool, hemp, cotton sherpa, & waterproof fabrics. The outer fabric piece for each diaper is dyed individually so that each diaper is a unique creation! I also tie dye Dharma's cotton blanks for babies & kids. The diapers pictured here are made from cotton print cloth, cotton jersey knit, and hemp/cotton/lycra stretch terry all tie dyed with Procion dyes. My diapers are affordable, environmentally friendly, very easy to use, and, best of all, so bright and colorful they make you giggle!
