Lillian has been a textile artist, transforming fabric into beautiful and vibrant canvases, for several years. Her experience in watercoloring has enabled a very successful transformation to textiles as a medium.

Lillian uses all-cotton fabrics, in both her Platinum (batik) and Gold (high-quality cotton) Series. To yield the very best results, she uses the artist-quality Dharma procion and dynaflow dyes.

The hand-coloured fabrics which she produces, principally fat quarters for quilters, are prepared using several methods. They may be hand-coloured, using brushes and other application materials, hand dyed or hand-marbled, using special application materials and processes which she has developed over the years to yield very unusual results.
