My name is Brian Dalby and I am the owner/operator of DOOGIE'S TYE-DYEZ located in my house in Burnham, PA. I make tie-dyed Tshirts which I get thru Dharma along with their dyes. I use their Fiber Reactive Dyes which is so much better than the Ritt Dye I used as a child. The adult shirts I buy thru Dharma which are the Fruit of the Loom 5.6oz short sleeve shirts. I really got into tie-dying in late 1997 when I was invited to my friends tie-dying party and the first thing I dyed was a bed sheet that turned out AWESOME! Ever since I was hooked and came across Dharma Trading Co. in Relix Magazine. I requested a catalog and it wasn't long until I ordered and got into it sometime in 1998. I just recently went into business myself since I've had no success finding a job after I under went back surgery in Sept. 2006. Even with 2 rods and 6 screws now in my lower back, I can still get down to twist the shirts up but can only do a few at a time. For me anymore, it can be a long, grulling process. I like being my own boss because when I need a break, I can take one for how ever long I need for my back to rest without someone saying "Get back to work!". For the area I am in, I keep my prices low. Only $10.00 for the adult S-XL. I totally beat everybodies prices and take peoples business because of my low prices.
