Jodi Hughes, proprietor of Alaskan Hot Doggies, grew up in Chugiak, Alaska. She is self-taught and loves to marble anything she can get her hands on - fabric or paper. Mainly, Setacolor paints are used, along with Alum and Methocel, purchased exclusively from Dharma Trading. The adventure thru color begin with her 1st purchase of the Mini Marbling Kit. She works as an Application Analyst from her home in Anchorage where she resides with her husband of 16 years, Shawn; extended non-family-family, Anthony; and two hot doggies.
