As a textile dyer and quiltmaker, I have been using your products
since 1978.. I recommend your stuff to all my students and think
your catalog is a hoot! I have won first place (and second and
fourth) in the quilt surface design symposium's fabric design
competition. I use procion mx, jaquard red label (vinyl sulphone dye)
with a resist agent in chemical resist,as seen in the chem resist
swipe and the bottom potion of crone's face and the net pattern in blue
lace nine patch. Potato dextrin was used both with dye and with a
discharge agent in Fatima(web) Pigment dyes were used on the kite
installation for the university of wisconsin hospital and for sections
of the blue lace 9 patch. (the UW hospital has 90 quilts of mine
framed throughout the institution.) I made a set of 3 corona quilts
in 1999 which were used as billboards west of the Mississippi.
