I am an artist working out of my home studio on a small, beautiful island called Gabriola near Nanaimo BC Canada. After busy careers 1. studio artist and college art teacher 2. United Church of Canada minister, and raising 3 sons, I now do what I love: producing, exhibiting and selling batik and acrylic paintings. I also enjoy my property in a forest near the ocean, singing in a choir, being active in the Subud Spiritual Association. I have been inspired by international travel and westcoast landscape. I useprocion fiber reactive dyes and have batiks from the 70's that look good as new!
