I'm a fiber artist that has been dyeing all kinds of fibers for over 20 years. For 15 of those years, Dharma Trading has managed to keep me stocked with the supplies that I need to create my art. I create items as small as ACEO’s (Art Cards, Editions & Originals) that are the size of baseball trading cards, to art postcards, journals, and wall quilts of all sizes. I also create hand dyed silk and velvet scarves that Dharma sells on their website.

Dharma is an excellent company to do business with! You might say that I’m a Dharma groupie. I purchase just about everything I need from them to create my art. I use their bamboo poplin in almost all of my work (pictured in the photos). It’s a wonderful fabric that takes the dyes beautifully. I use their Procion dyes in all of my hand dyeing of their bamboo poplin, cotton velveteen, raw silk, and their silk & rayon/silk velvet scarf “blanks.” I’m constantly impressed with the high quality fabrics that they offer, their unbeatable customer service, and their fabulous attention to the environment!!
