Like the kid's pullover version, these are made from a great super soft 100% 7 oz. cotton fleece and, like all Dharma exclusive styles, sewn with cotton thread! Cut oversized, but they do shrink, also cut a bit longer so they are right in style. The only thing that doesn't dye on these babies is the nylon zipper and the hood drawstring, which actually makes for a nice contrast. Great for dyeing, screen printing and all other forms of embellishment you can think of!
Note: Before washing, the hoodies are oversized by 2 sizes and once washed they are only oversized by 1 size. Maybe next year we can get them re-made smaller, but for this year, there is lots of room for growing, which kids are bound to do!

I ordered 3 of these for my 3 kids. They took color very well. The thick material took more dye than I am accustomed to using and the color didn't spread as much as usual but that is because it really is plush sweatshirt material. After a hot wash and run through the dryer they all fit as expected. I got a size 12 for my 10 year old a size 10 for my 9 year old and a size 6 for my 6 year old.

My kids LOVE these they dyed their own hoodies and now I can pick them out easily from across the park. They fit true to size after washing and dyeing. Mine have metal zippers and no drawstrings.
