Product Description
• Circumference : 22" (relaxed) / 24" (stretched)
• Height : 4"
• 100% Cotton
• One Size Fits Most
These Cotton Painter's Caps come in packs of 3 and are ready to stamp, paint, or marble. Not really intended for submersion or tye-dyeing where they will be subjected to lots of agitation or aggressive handling. The seams don't stand up to rough machine washing--hey, 3 hats for less than $6, whaddaya want? They do however, look great stamped or painted with any of our fabric paints or even "faux" dyed with Dharma Pigment DyeDye-na-flow, Setasilk or one of our newest fun products Tumble Tie Dyes.
An adjuster in the back makes one size fit most very nicely.

Heed the instructions to HANDWASH (and substitute the words "absolutely must" for "really only"). We dyed three hats and they all fell apart in the initial wash after dying. They might be OK if you handwash them.

When we dyed these caps black the brims did not take the dye well and came out gray. The brims also disintigrated during dying. We had to throw these away and come up with another cap.

Although it was OK it didn't suit my purposes. I was trying to use an inkject transfer on it and couldn't get that to work properly because of the shape of the hat and brim.
