Zendoodle coloring books are all the rage - now you can flaunt your coloring mastery with this 100% cotton, unbleached tote bag in a nice selection of popular designs. Each tote is bedecked with original artwork, all you have to do is add color with fabric markers, paints or other embellishments! The black lines work pretty well as a resist to keep one color from bleeding into the next, as long as you are careful not to apply too heavily. These are a fantastic project for young and old alike, and together. Party time!
Best to use only air cure or heat set inks, markers and paints on these, also glues, foils, rhinestones, etc. These are a muslin type fabric and wrinkle badly if dyed or washed, although there are many who like that natural wrinkled look. If you want to color the whole thing, thin paint like Dye-na-flow works great as a watercolor-like wash. They are certainly washable, but do it gently, dry flat, and iron if you want. Be sure to place a piece of cardboard inside tote before coloring to avoid markers bleeding through to back.
