I have done tie-dye for over 40 years. My first love is working with kids and devising ways in which they can make a completely individual article. Now, I am hoping to use what I have learned to supplement Social Security.

I work with tote bags, silk scarves, t-shirts, sleeveless Ts and Tank tops from Dharma, and have found the quality to be top notch. I have also done towels, long johns and denim jeans. In most of my designs, each item goes through at least three dye baths. Recently, I have started doing infant wear for Jasper, and those designs are usually two-color. I use Dharma’s procion dyes and am totally satisfied with both the color (I don’t do pastel) and the duration of the color over time.
