We're having these made of 7 oz. bleached cotton duck sewn with cotton thread. They are shaped like an envelope with a velcro closure. Easy to remove the inner pillow for washing. 2 Sizes - 13.5" x 13.5" and 10" x 18".

I have been painting on these pillows for about 10 yrs and the cotton duck is great fabric. I fold the flap under and sew it closed and stuff it, the velcro closure doesn't work great for me. Very happy with this product!
