For silk painting, this is a great dye (paint) for beginners. The paints mix well, dry fast and work great with the silk salt technique. Because they are paints and not dyes they don't require "fixing" so the color is permanent when it dries. This is great for workshops or retreats. However, although the colors are lovely they are not as intense as silk dyes that must be "fixed".

I love these fabric paints, they are just what I was looking for. The way the colors flow together is fantastic and the results have been more than I expected.

I far prefer the vibrant colors and blending capabilities of either the jacquard dyes or Tinfix to the Dy-Na-Flo although I understand that these dyes are less allergenic and were ordered for a specific class.

Dye-na-Flow is my favorite cotton paint. I have tried Seta Color and it sits on top of the fabric. Dye-na-flow if like dying with a brush. It doesn't change the hand of the fabric, mixes perfectly with water....terrific stuff!

Love this heat set paint. Color is very vibrant when you use full strength without adding water. I didn't give it a 5 stars is because the black is not black enough. I have to reapply a second coat.
