USE FOR: Stamping, Stenciling, Handpainting, Airbrushing, Silkscreen. USE ON: Natural fabrics and most synthetics and blends, wood, paper and leather, both light and dark.
This is just about the best fabric paint available and also the most expensive.
But as always, you get what you pay for. The secret is that it contains more
pigment that is higher quality than other paints. Lumiere is the most shiny metallic fabric paint we have ever seen, and both Neopaque and Lumiere are totally opaque for the best coverage of dark fabrics. Great for metallic accents on dyed or painted silk too!
These paints work on many other surfaces besides fabric, like leather, wood and paper. Fantastic paints!
We estimate an 8 oz. jar will cover 12 sq. feet when painting and 24 sq feet when
stamping. The Lumiere is truly metallic, not just metallic colored. Easy clean up
with soap and water. Excellent washfastness and drycleanability after heat-setting
with an iron or commercial silk screening dryer. Great for stamping, stenciling. Produces clear prints with
fine detail. Leather can also be painted and need not be heatset.

I ordered a few metalic colours, not the works. The Lumiere paints are stunning.I use them on my silk paintings, they inspire me to paint. This may sound funny but they fill me with joy and creative energy while I am using them, they have added a whole new dimension to my work. Love'em,glad I found'em.

I love this paint. The metallic colors are so durable that after many many washings the designs are still shiny. My 4 year old and I decorated some tea towels and a couple of black t-shirts with this paint and it was so fun to work with. We used hands and brushes and stamps and his friends and grandma really love the results. It washes up great while it's still wet and when you iron it well the results are fantastic!

I absolutely LOVED this product and will certainly buy it again in other colors. I needed it for a quick touch-up and liked the results so much that I used it to redo the project all together. Both my customer and I are incredibly enamored of the softness, flexibility, and high shine. AMAZING! LOVE!!

Jacquard makes amazing products. This is the only acrylic paint I use on every material except for canvas & the only reason I don't use it on canvas is because I use a less expensive paint. It is absolutely perfect on leather & rubber.
The only complaint I would have is the drying time. It dries very quickly & can tend to be a little thick. Adding water can help though.
The metallic & pearlescent paints are especially beautiful & have a very nice finish to them.
They have an extensive color line, however, most are either bright or dark, so I would get A LOT of white if you mix & definitely get the extender!!

The Lumiere paints are my favorite fabric paints. Wonderful colors and you can't beat the quality. The metallics are very beautiful and dry to leave a soft hand on the fabric. The paints dry very quickly and set well with an iron. I have never had any problems after washing a project containing these paints. The consistency is great for stamping or brushing....I have never had to thin it. As always, Dharma provides great pricing!

I love lumiere. They are especially good on Tyvek; when the Tyvek is heated, the metallic in the paint gives a really interesting effect. I use these paints on fabric as well.
