Product Description
There's this guy Gary and his wife down in Texas that grow cotton completely organically. They're certified organic by the Texas Dept. of Agriculture and so are the other growers they now buy cotton from.
They also gin the cotton, spin the yarn, knit the cloth and sew the shirts. Washing is done with natural biodegradable soaps and softeners. No formaldehyde is used.
I don't mean they do it all in their kitchen. They've created a textile industry around these T-shirts. It's quite an accomplishment to make a T-shirt from seed, sun and water, don't you think?
Anyhow, the t-shirts are nice, 5.5 oz. jersey, standard size to start, sewn with cotton thread, double needle hems and neckline. Natural color, takes dyes very well.

These sgirts dye bright, thc cotton is soft and nice quality. Some of the stiching on the inside didn't dye, and the shoulders are not taped, so the qualitl doesnt seen quite equal to the price. Meriah

Too small. Ordered a large and it's noticeably smaller than other large shirts.

The results are good but the sizes don't go with expectations. I'd say everything is a size smaller than what we've come to expect. X-Large is Large at best.

I love what makes this shirt-organic, US grown and processed. All score points for me. Fiber reactive dye looks beautiful, rich and warm on this cotton. I do solid color dyeing and unfortunately there is a crease that for some reason runs down the front center and sometimes back center of the shirt. I don't know why the manufacturer can't put this crease along the sides. In the solid color dyeing this crease is visible, but not really visible on tie dye. So now I only use this shirt for screen printing, which looks great, and occasionally dye for friends. I really want to find an organic shirt that I can give 5 stars to!!!

These shirts dye great. I love that this is an American product and would love to support them but, the shirts are too small for PDF garments, and the collars are too big, almost like a scoop neck. When I calle the company direct about these issues I was brushed off.

Nice cotton, sizes are on the small side, after one wash the collar stretched out. This would be a great shirt if they fixed these problems.

This shirt would be the best on the market if the sizes were standard(if I want skinny shirts therers a Ca. company that makes all I need) and the necks were not cut so big(after hang drying, the neck stretched out. I am sad that can't support this company.

The fabric is very nice and took the dye well. However I wouldn't call the shrinkage average. The XL size was nice and roomy before dyeing, after being washed and dried it was a smallish L size. :(
