About Returns

If you need to return something, no problemo.

You can request a refund or an exchange or a credit, as you wish. Just examine the contents of your order upon arrival and call us right away if you need to return something for any reason. You have 30 days from the invoice date to get an RA# (Return Authorization Number).

Shipping cost is based on weight. Light stuff costs less than heavy stuff. There's nothing tricky going on here.

Drop Shipped Items

A few items, particularly large or heavy items, we choose to have shipped directly to you from the manufacturer in order to avoid the extra shipping charges and to keep our prices as low as possible. This item is not one which we keep in stock, but rather will order it for you when requested. Depending on when we receive your order relative to our ordering cycle, it will take up to a couple of weeks before we can ship it to you. Obviously, this requires a bit advance planning on your part.
