Product Description
Keeps your hair in place and adds color. Dye and decorate them with our dyes and paints and make them accessories for other things you make. Also known as a scrunchy or 'hair thingy'.

The beautiful way to decorate your hair! Beautiful vat dyed, velvet mottled dyed, or tie dyed! Each scrunchie is a 32" circular fabric inner-tube shape. A 1-inch span of seam allowance is open to enable pulling through and tightening of the 16" elastic. Attached cotton cording to the elastic allows ease of pulling the elastic through the 1" opening to your desired scrunchie size. Snip off cotton cording after knotting the elastic. Hand sew the opening in the seam closed.

I *have* dyed these before, and I really like them. I like to use more than one color on these, and then let the colors meld. The silk really shows the colors well.

Comes flat and ready to create your own art, then just pull the string, tie the elastic and a couple quick stitches to done.

Not my favorite. You have to sew them together after you pull the elatic through! Not quick and easy like the cotton scrunchies!
