Slightly crinkled texture with a gentle, graceful drape and very soft hand. Has a smooth surface that lends itself well to all types of painting styles. Ideal for all types of clothing and decorating.
Fabric Details
•100% Crepe de Chine Silk
• 16mm, 45" and 55" wide
• You can dye this with Acid Dyes
• We found that this shrinks 13% in Length and 8% in Width disclaimer
• Available in cut yardage and in 11 & 50 yard bolts
• Machine wash in any temperature water

Remember, bolts vary! They can be over or under - we charge you for the actual yardage. If you need very specific yardage, order cut yardage.

Not quite what I expected when I ordered. I probably wanted the 30mm. Don't get me wrong, this is a great fabric! Very nice fabric, but a bit more sheer than I wanted. I will still use and enjoy it, but if you want a heavy weight crepe, go for the 30mm. This one is quite light weight, similar to the silk satin. I will dye this fabric, as it is too sheer for the blouse I'd planned on making. I guess that is why they have swatches! Something to consider before you order.
