Product Description

100% Bali Rayon skirt has a stretchy smocked waist and hip yoke that fits just about every figure. Everybody is wearing these on the West coast with their favorite cami and a pair of sandals! Wear it however you like! Pulled up to the waist or pulled down below the belly button to wear as a hipster - you can even pull it up to the bustline to wear as a sundress! Waist/hip area is smocked with 14 rows of cotton thread on front and elastic thread underneath. Tiny self ruffle finishes off the top edge of the waist. Turned and topstitched bottom hem. 2 side slits at hem that are approx. 8" in length. Romantic soft full skirt. Sewn with Cotton thread for perfect dyeing.

One great dress/skirt -- popular with teens and young adults - most pull it up for a cover-up/sundress -- it is real cute, dyes beautifully.

This skirt is very comfortable, however you may with to reinforce the side slits when you receive it, as they have a tendency to come unstitched if you're a more vigorous user such as myself.

Love them! Nice & thin just perfect for summertime :) and easy 2 Tie-Dye.

Love the "Idea" of this skirt but notice they stretch out a ton in the smocked area after a few good wears. I've had to sew up holes in the seams on many before I even got to tie & dye them up too many times now. Sad to say but I've retired this style. Too poorly made for me to sell but it does dye good.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these dresses/skirts! The top part can be a little tricky to dye at first, but a few practice runs, and you will get it down! They fit all body types, and are very flattering- worth every penny!

When the weather is nice this is a huge seller for me. I have been having a hard time keeping them in stock, because they are such a huge seller. Most of the younger crowd wear this as a sun-dress even with the 6 inch slit on the side. So I have ordered some of the smocked sun-dresses with the straps from Dharma to see how they like them. :0)
I don't think you will be disappointed if you order these Smocked Skirt/dresses!
