Product Description
100% Cotton Jersey smocked bodice dress with elastic multi row stitching that creates a body hugging "smocked" bodice front and back. Wide tab style shoulder straps look like little poofed sleeves. The front of the dress is identical to the back. So it's reversible. Serged edges at neckline and on sleeve tabs create small self ruffles. Turned and stitched hem at bottom. This one's breaking the "cute" barometer for summer! Sewn with cotton thread for perfect dyeing.

Have done applique on this dress...very nice quality for price!!! Would LOVE to have this in infant sizes!!!
