This clear, water-based varnish is specifically designed by Jacquard to use with Pearl-Ex Pigments. One can either mix Pearl-Ex directly into the varnish and use it like a paint, or one can use the varnish as a top coat. Works best on clay, metal, wood, or plastic. Makes a great addition to the Pearl-Ex line; together they make things shiny!

Nice varnish. I got this with a container of the pigments and love the results on glass. I'm using it to add interest to glass ornaments. It mixed easily, adhered well, dried clear and the pigments are locked into it. Easy clean-up too.
