Product Description
Another beautiful hemp fabric that is a soft textured fabric. Natural in color and has slight slubs through out. Could be used anywhere you might use canvas. Tough as nails! They will be digging up items made with this in an archaeological dig 1000 years from now! Just kidding, but who knows?

I covered four sofas and a daybed for a house staging with this glorious fabric. I washed it first for shrinkage and it sewed beautifully, eased around curves, kept its shape. Simply elegant.

Incredibly sturdy, amazing fabric. Like another reviewer, I chose it as a foundation fabric (for a corset) and found it perfectly suited for the job. In spite of the weight, I had no problems sewing through three layers of it on my rather pedestrian lower-end sewing machine. I just wish there was a bleached option.

Fantastically sturdy, with no noticeable give on the grain and very little on the bias. This is a perfect fabric for use as foundation layering on my Renaissance stays and bodices.

Another wonderful Dharma fabric -- some of this will be made into a re-useable grocery tote. Will try some dying as well as drawing and embellishing on this.

I made some couches for baking back in early 2009 using this fabric. It has been outstanding! It drapes like silk which is amazing for a fabric this heavy and is highly absorbent. Almost completely lint free so it doesn't stick to my dough.

This is a great hemp canvas. Sturdy weight and yet you can still wash, dry and then iron all the wrinkles out. I like the natural color - it is very neutral rather than being too yellow. Fairly rough but linen-like texture.

I used it for a traditional hand-sewn lugsail and it works great!

I used it to make a shower curtain out of, since apparently hemp is mold resistant, and it's worked just fine.
