ProCoat is about PROFESSIONAL QUALITY:
As good as FabriSign is, there are times when you need that extra bit more. If you need 100% waterproof, machine washable, and drycleanable prints or if you need absolute "blow your mind" colors, then ProCoat is for you. However, to develop color, the print must be steamed. Please see Steamers on this site. ProCoat produces commercial quality/industrial grade prints, just like the fabrics you find in the stores. And ProCoat produces the absolute best colors possible — the blacks are deeper, the colors richer and brighter. When you need that extra touch, ProCoat delivers.

Just because you're printing fabric digitally doesn't mean you have to settle for a lower quality result. The only difference between a ProCoat print and fabric printed traditionally is in the process not the end result.

Procoat Cotton high thread count Broadcloth is the best cotton fabric I have ever used with dye printing. I have been searching for a great cotton to print on and this is it! The colors are great, brilliant, vibrant just like silks. I lost very little dye after steaming them, but I did treat them with Jaquard dye set just to make certain they would set completely. I recommend these for dye ink printers like my HP3500CP.

I love this fabric! I'm a professional artist and have been putting my images into border prints that I then sew into my own fashion designs! What I love best is that the paper backing has great body so that when I'm cutting the edges come out clean and straight. It's easy to pull the rolls out onto my large cutting mat because the rolls also come with two 'feet' that lift them just enough from the surface to pull the fabric out from the bottom.

The images print clear and bright (best to adjust brightness format on your computer to a heavy contrast and darker than appears from the screen). After printing I steam iron before removing the paper backing.

The fabrics arrive quickly in neat and covered rolls.

I can't tell you how happy I have been with these fabrics....they are like magic!

I have been using procoat cotton inkjet fabrics for a year now and I am still getting brilliant colors and the hand stays as soft as the fabric itself. I use an HPC3500 designer inkjet printer which uses dye inks (not pigment) and they work the best on these procoat fabrics.

I love it. I wish there were better instructions on the optimum cure time for the inks and more details on the steaming etc. But, it is perfect for my application.

Great product. Arrived promptly. I can tell your company puts a lot of thought and effort into your business. I have not had a chance to use it fully as I am waiting for the Stove Top Steamer but I like the look and feel of it. Thanks. Bob Hirshberg
