This makes your ironing tasks faster and easier because it has a much larger surface area than a regular iron (7 times larger in fact). The press removes wrinkles superbly, and the steam feature releases the most stubborn ones. You can choose the appropriate temperature setting for the fabric, and give it a blast of steam with the touch of a button. Before you know it, your task is complete! We also tested it with inkjet transfer papers and heat setting fabric paints or setting hot glue rhinestones (make sure the steam feature is off!), which worked great and much faster than traditional ironing. For transfer papers, it is not as good as a regular heat press (which we highly recommend if you do a lot of volume), but it is definitely better than ironing them by hand and being a human heat press. Worked best on our regular Ink Jet Paper and Soft Ink Jet Paper, but not so well on the Opaque Ink Jet Paper. Use the highest temperature setting for 25 to 30 seconds - when the paper peels off easily, you're done. (Do this in a well ventilated area.) We liked these because you get multiple uses, and they are more economical than a traditional heat press.
