Heat transfer from main unit is poor, making the temperature range too low for traditional batik.

As an addition to the Melting Pot, I ordered several individual pots so that I could manage substances from several projects, all requiring different handling. These fit right into the melting pot receptacle and can be used as storage if any of the medium you are working with is left over. I am very happy with these pans.

This is imperative for wax melting and I love it, as it also keeps the wax melter clean.

The Project Pan is essential for wax melting, so I appreciate this option and think it's great because it keeps the heater clean.

I already have the pot so really these were just an addition to it but they are very handy and means I don't have to clean my container out to put a new colour or type of wax in so it cuts down on time and waste.
