Important Thanksgiving Closure Information!
We will be closing early Wednesday November 26th (at about 1pm), heck we wanna get our "gobble-gobble" on, too. We will be closed Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Due to holiday shipping schedules packages will not be delivered Thursday November 27th or Friday November 28th for Standard Ground and 3-day air packages. In order to assure delivery before the holiday....
Standard Ground orders must be placed by Wednesday November 19th before 11am PST
3-Day Air orders must be placed by Friday November 21st before 11am PST
2-Day Air orders must be placed by Monday November 24th before 11am PST
1-Day air orders must be placed by Tuesday November 25th before 11am PST
If you wish your order to be delivered on Friday November 28th your order must be placed Wednesday 26th before 11am PST, and you must choose 1 day overnight shipping
If you wish your package to be delivered Saturday November 29th, please call us directly Wednesday before 11am PST for details, as Saturday delivery is not offered to every zip code.
As for USPS Priority/ 1st Class mail, all we can say is that they won't be delivering Thursday November 27th, Best estimate to most zip codes is delivery anywhere from 3 to 7 days, but sometimes.....
UPS Sure Post is not a guaranteed service and usually takes 1-2 days longer than the Standard Ground service, so we don't recommend this service if you are on a deadline!
We will be having a weekend crew packing up your orders so please keep in mind changes to orders after they are placed might not be possible.
Please keep in mind these shipping delays when placing your order. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us directly 800.542.5227. Keep in mind our website will be up and running though, so feel free to place your orders with us here anytime during the closure. We'll be back Monday, Dec 1st to process all your orders after the holiday....and oh yeah, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Important Cold Weather Information!
Brrrr, It's Cold. Liquids can freeze in transit when it gets very cold during winter, especially traveling from California across the country.
We suggest you choose a quicker method of shipping this time of year to help avoid paints/dyes/liquids freezing before they get to you. Packages sitting in hubs over the weekend and ground packages run more of a risk, so keep that plus Holiday schedules in mind when you choose your shipping!
