Product Description
Give these fantastic soft fabric paints from France a try (or as a gift!), and enjoy even more savings with this Starter Set.
Setacolor Fabric paints are one of our best selling paints, probably because they are so versatile and have such a nice hand on the fabric. The Transparent colors allow underlying colors to show through, so use on white or light colored fabrics. Great for hand painting. When thinned further with water, they also work for the Serti Technique on silk, hassle free tie-dye, spray bottle effects, batik, splatter techniques, and Sun Painting (also known as Heliographic art). Super soft as paints go, with very little feel on the fabric. Iron to heat set, or use Versatex No Heat Fixative.
Non-toxic!
Contains 10 - 45ml (1.5 oz) bottles - a complete pallet of the most popular colors: (Fawn, Cobalt Blue, Emerald Green, Lemon Yellow, Black, Cardinal Red, Moss Green, Parma Violet, Turquoise and Fuchsia).
Made in: FRANCE (FR)

My mother and I tried these out the other day on some Mercerized Combed Cotton Broadcloth and we were quite impressed. The colors are so rich - you will love them!

Boy, were these paints fun! I made some shirts and dresses, they came out great. I had little trouble finding letters that are heavy enough to fully block the light, but I think (hope) I have that part solved.

Great Fabric Paints. I have been taking an online landscape quilting class and these were recommended for my class. These have been great, colors bend well and work for many techniques.

I ordered the starter set to try out sun painting with my Crafty Ladies group, and it was perfect. We had lots of colors to choose from and could mix new colors, there was plenty of dye for lots of projects and the sun painting was effective and fun. Five stars!

What an amazing value and great kick start to Sun Dying paint. The price is just incredible and let me tell you you will not get some tiny samples in there you get the full bottles.

We had a blast using these paints to dye various pieces of clothing and fabric. We also tried the sun painting technique with so-so results using the instructions in the box. However! If you use the instructions on Dharma's site you will have much better results. The biggest factor in success or failure of the sun painting technique seems to lie in the use of a waterproof surface...we used plain old cardboard the first time...should've at least covered it with a plastic bag! Anyway, fun stuff, great color array included in the set.
