The lap front bodice with long tie extensions that tie behind the neck make this dress fit really well. The cool thing is, this pattern is hard to do without some "gapping" at the bodice, but our designer in Indonesia really got it right. We think you will be as pleased as we were when the model tried it on. 100% cotton jersey, sewn with cotton thread. Turned and stitched hems. Side slits at bottom hem. Back bodice panel is smocked and elasticized for an even better fit. Graceful A-line drape. I like the style of this dress. I think the front halter part should not be so thin also (only 1 layer of material). The kids version which is double thickness is much nicer. otherwise, I love the dress.

I was expecting a dress to wear out and about, not a dress to wear a swimsuit cover-up. This particular style and fabric lends more to swimsuit wear or nightgown. I think the description should state this.

Nice weight of material and it dyed well, but the fit is off....I'm a size 5'6 and 170 and found the large to be too big up top (and I'm curvy!). It also gaps quite a bit in the front, so while I love it, I can't figure out how to wear it without flashing people! I either have to pin it or find a flattering way to stitch it up.

overall i love this dress. it runs big i've found. I have now dyed 3 dresses. It seems like bust area is designed for larger busted women.

I love the design but the fit is wrong. There is too much fabric in the back underneath the elastic backing which puffs out. Also, the gathered elastic is too wide and big so your sizing is way off i.e. your size small would fit a size 8-10 woman. I would love to add this dress to my line but it has too expensive and is ill fitting.

Nice dress, but a bit short on me. Of course, I'm 6ft tall but it would be nice to have an option for tall women or people who like to wear these slightly longer.
