Love the fixative. I dyed my wedding dress petticoat IDYE Turquoise #418 and used the dye fixative on it as to prevent any bleeding what so ever on my dress and my legs. It works great and there is no bleeding period.

The order was shipped quickly. The fixative works well with a brighter color like orange.

iDye is super easy to use with no hassle whatsoever. We dyed our Ikea sofa covers with the navy dye and they came out great. The fabric was already a turquoise blue and now it has deep blue, over-dyed look. There was no problem using our front load washer, we just put everything in at the beginning of the cycle and let it go. Afterward we ran one empty cycle to rinse the machine and there was no more dye left. We used the Jacquard iDye Fixative as well and there is no offset of dye onto our clothes which is pretty important for a couch! I will definitely be using this dye again.

It actually worked, I had a lot of trouble with I-dye bleeding after many washings.

If anything, worked a bit too well - I made a mistake and couldn't get rid of the full colour!!

The iDye fixative works great! I used true red to dye a silk veil. The fixative worked really well.

We have not washed the unitard yet, but there was lots of sweating by the person wearing the dyed costume in the show " Joseph etc", so I guess the dye fixer stabilized the color from running

Stained fabric (with poor results) and then washed one load with fixative and one load without. Dye ran equally in each load. Have washed twice since with same results. Very poor product.

Easy to use and works great. I used the stovetop method both for dying and for the fixitive.
