Product Description

Want to wear pants in the summertime - but you don't want to bake in them? These breezy pants are the perfect super lightweight garment for those hot humid summers. Made of 100% Rayon Light; semi-sheer before dyeing - the fabric will tighten up after washing and become more opaque after dyeing. These are wide legged, loose fitting pants with elastic at the waist. Jazzy deep side slits at the lower hems of the pants for ease of movement and ventilation. Very, very comfortable! Turned under and stitched down hems. Cut oversized; so ladies in the petite sizing range might need to hem up the pant length. If you need to turn up the hem to shorten the pants, the existing narrow rolled pant hem makes this task a cinch.

Shown with our new Waterfall Jacket in the same fabric; the perfect pairing. Semi-sheer, less so when dyed. Great paired with longer tops.

Remember, this is a delicate fabric when wet, and does best with hand or extremely gentle washing. Using laundry bags for delicates will help.

These pants and the matching jacket are perfect for us larger middleaged women. The fabric is lightweight which is what I need to wear in the summertime. I want to stay covered up since I'm not a Vogue model, but I still want to stay cool in the summertime. I noticed that the fabric shrank 2 times after washing and drying, so for those folks who thought that the pants were too long, wash them 2x and them hem them up.

Love the slit in the sides. May need to have a drawstring waist so material would lay better from waist to groin.
