Turkish spindles get their name from their area of origin. The unique cross bar design allows you to wrap the yarn around the whorl as you go. This is a fun way to make a perfect ball of original handspun yarn; the crossbars slide away to leave the ball yarn intact. Weighs 50gm (1 1/2 oz.)
