• Must be least expensive shipping method! Please note, we will change the method to the least expensive if you choose poorly! (Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail, UPS Expedited or FedEx International Economy)
• Sorry to say, retroactive refunds of shipping costs on orders that have already shipped before this promotion are not possible.
• Excludes all drop ship items, special order items, certain heavy or large lightweight items (such as large amounts of chemicals or wooden embroidery hoops)
