Product Description

The best thing for wrapping your silk when silk steaming. Not always easy to find, so we have it for you. Sheets are 23.5" x 29" (you just overlap it to fit whatever size piece of silk you are working with). Absorptive, and better than old newspapers because you don't have to worry about ink getting on your project. Also used in batik for ironing or steaming out wax to soak up the wax.

Sold by the pound.
About 24 sheets to the pound.

cumbersome... requires so much taping to get it to hold scarves... Would love it on a roll, 48" wide.

Love using this, works well for steaming but I wish it comes in a larger sizes for bigger silk projects.

Even though I had to layer the sheets to cover my silk project, it still functioned well. Wish Dharma would offer a roll of paper instead of pre-cut sheets.

I've worked with more absorbent Newsprint before, but this works well too and has a great size.

Product is good. But package ... thick roll folding in half...I guess there is a better way to send it just in a roll.

Works fine for steamfixing dyes. Double wrap when using a lot of dye or strong colors.
