The short ones are surgical type gloves available in latex or vinyl (some folks are allergic to latex). Very thin so you can feel your work. With care they can be used several times. Very lightly powdered with cornstarch.
The long tan ones are much thicker but still thin enough to feel your work and they can be used many times, over and over.
Then there's the industrial strength, long, heavy duty gloves. If you are willing to trade off some dexterity, these will provide the best protection of any glove we offer (and probably any you can find at this price). They last a long time! These are also the best for dipping clothes into the somewhat caustic Soda Ash fixer at your tie dye party.
Children's Rubber Gloves: We have searched the world over for gloves sized for small children. What we have found is no one seems to make gloves smaller than the size small gloves we currently carry. So, here is the deal: the small size will fit children down to 10 yrs old, and will be useable, though quite loose, on children down to a big 6 year old. Smaller than that, and you are just hoping they don't touch anything.
