Product Description
The standard everyday brushes of China, nothing fancy. Shedding happens. Very economical for classes! Bamboo body and each with a protective cap. Perfect for silk painting and other dye painting techniques as the goat hair holds a fair amount of dye. Good for painting wax in Batik also.
Made in: CHINA (CN)

BETTER QUALITY THAN WHAT I HAD PURCHASED AT MICHAELS FOR IMMEDIATE USE. THE PRICE IS ALSO SIGNIFICANTLY LESS & YOU HAVE A LOT MORE SIZES TO CHOSE FROM

These brushes are adequate and cheap but they fall apart very easily so I consider them disposable.

SOME ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. THE SMALLEST ONE FELL APART. BUT THEY ARE BETTER & COST LESS THAN THE ONES I BOUGHT AT MICHAELS.

I was having pretty good results with these brushes. However on the last 10 or so I used this week more than half lost the brush after a few minutes of use. One or two lost the brush when I tried to dip them in the paint. I don't know if I'll ever order more of this product.

Hi-I was happy to see that Dharma was offering these brushes however they have an extremely short life for silk painting. I lived and painted in Singapore for a number of years and would buy my brushes there- there was a wide range of quality but it is possible to get really good ones that last and last. These are not the same (they look the same but disintegrate pretty fast) Would love to see Dharma find a higher quality brush to sell.
