Yarn #22 - Soie Naturelle

The Soie Naturelle Blanc 3 Ply comes in a whiter material which is a higher quality and made in Italy. Soie Naturelle ("natural silk") is a slightly nubby noil silk, spun from the short silk fibers left after the longer fibers have been reeled off. Noil silk is not as strong as reeled silks. Ideal for weaving and crochet. Try stranding it with a wool or mohair to make it more pliable.

• Approximately 28 sts per 4" on US 1-3 or 2.25-3.25mm
• Dyes great with Acid Dye
