Orders placed before 11am (PST) Monday - Friday are shipped the SAME OR NEXT DAY.
Orders placed after 11am (PST) Monday - Friday are shipped the NEXT WORK DAY.
Shipping cost is based on weight. Light stuff costs less than heavy stuff. There's nothing tricky going on here.
You can know the exact shipping cost before you buy - just put the item(s) into your shopping cart, enter your zip code, and the cost to ship it every way possible will be displayed!
If you need to return something, no problem. You can request a refund or an exchange or a credit, as you wish.
Please keep in mind when choosing shipping options that only business days are counted, not holidays or weekend days.

Drop Shipped Items

A few items, particularly large or heavy items, we choose to have shipped directly to you from the manufacturer in order to avoid the extra shipping charges and to keep our prices as low as possible. Normally this item ships quickly (although not as fast as our own lightening fast service) and if there is any delay, we will notify you promptly.
