This material made a beautiful sturdy baby wearing wrap. It has the right amount of give and is comfortable.

I love this stuff. I use it for batik and fabric painting testing but find that I like my test pieces -and this fabric - so much I am actually using them as place mats and hand towels! It is described as the companion to the Waterford cotton (which I also like). I find the hand and the weight to be barely a tad different from the Waterford. Since it is a fairly light weight fabric I do put another (plain) placemat under it for cushioning. It also frays nicely.

I love this fabric for cross stitching. It reminds me of old linen with a primitive look and feel. This osnaburg has very little to no "garbage" threads weaved in like other osnaburg I've purchased. I won't buy it anywhere but here.
