Web orders are shipped first - before all other orders.

Web orders received before 11am Pacific Standard Time (PST) are usually shipped that day.

Web orders received after 11am Pacific Standard Time (PST) are shipped the next day.

Brrrr It's Cold. Liquids can freeze in transit when it gets very cold during winter. We suggest you choose a quicker method of shipping to help avoid paints/dyes/liquids freezing before they get to you. Sorry, we can't replace items that are in any way damaged, due to freezing.

We'll be closed both Thursday November 24h, and Friday November 25th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Due to holiday shipping schedules most packages will not be delivered during this time.

Overnight packages will be delivered Friday if your order was placed Wed before 11am PST. Please keep in mind this shipping delay when placing your web order

Out Of Stock Items

__outofstock_err__ If you have ordered an item which is out-of-stock or which we run out of before we fill your order, the item will be deleted from your order and we can do one of two things:
1) send an email to notify you when it comes in, so you can place a new order
