Home Town Tie Dye

Bobby and I have been Tie Dyeing for going on 13 years now. It all started when I (Jolene) bought a small kit on a clearance rack and brought it home with intentions of making colorful magic. The results were not quite as magical as we had envisioned in our minds, but the passion and love for this art form took hold. I soon started searching on where we could get Procion dyes in larger quantities and found Dharma Trading. I fell in love and immediately started my shopping for new colors and new canvases to create on. We were soon buying pounds of dye at a time and working on perfecting those images that we held in our minds. We have grown so much over the past 13 years and Dharma is still one of our finest suppliers of dye and clothing blanks. I love the new items that they always tempt me with. We love creating new designs and strive to make others' visions come true through custom orders and requests.

Now 13 years later with many miles traveled through the summer months, with lifelong friends made and 3 boys added to our family we are still going strong on our love of color and spreading happiness wherever we go. Our motto has never changed throughout the years it is "Happiness Through Color" and we absolutely love what we do.

We love to share our love of color and teach others our art as often as we can. Every year since his preschool year we have dyed with our sons school class and they all get such joy out of their creations. We love seeing our passion spread to others and soon will be hosting birthday parties and tie dye party nights in our own studio.
