Hi, I am Cesare Perfetti from Pescara, Italy. I'm the founder and the leader of PERFETTI-Matasse a colori, a small company of Hand Dyed Yarn.
After more than 20 years in the fashion industry, mainly for design, printing research & developments, I decided to go big with my own business; yarn dyeing. Together with my partner (who owns the biggest retail wool shop in Italy) we placed our experience to feed the growing hand knitting demand in Europe. My passion for aesthetic and beauty drove us and after the first 2 years our work is now appreciated and well known. We hope to be in the larger European market before next year.
Coming from fashion, our product is released as a "collection". The first named ALBA, is divided in to three main themes dedicated to art, landscape and fruits. As we want to promote the excellence of our country, each color combination describes a typical Italian scenario. We are proud to be the first company to do it. And to have a "live" presentation to the public as well.
