Over a year ago, I started investigating the process of batik. I read everything I could find, and your website was one of the most concise and helpful. Since then, I have made many mistakes and learned still even more from them. I invited one friend to join me. Then she invited a friend, and so on. Now, every Friday evening, I have between 5 to 13 people sitting at my dining room table, investigating the process, eating good food, and enjoying great company. Though my husband bemoans at the loss of his eating space, he wholly supports the amazing art being created there.

I recently started a blog called Batik Freak at http://batikseeker.blogspot.com, where I am slowly letting go of all I have learned, and even a few improvements on techniques that have imparted superior results. I want you to know how much I cherish the high quality supplies I buy from your company, and I mentioned this in my blog. The high quality tjantings you sell are essential to this process. Your selection of dye colors are stellar. I even bought my first tjap which I hope to try out this weekend.

I hope you enjoy the images as much as I enjoy the batik process and the company of my friends.
