Groovy Toad Tie Dye is a small husband and wife run business in Concord, New Hampshire. Combining our love of art, nature and tie dye, we work to develop a product and image that is truly unique. Gina, our tie dye artist, fuses traditional Japanese resist dyeing techniques (Shibori) with modern resist dye techniques (aka Tie Dye) to create one of a kind pieces that are elegant, colorful and a little bit funky. Brent brings his experience in illustration and graphic design to create the brand image and online presence that is Groovy Toad.

We acquire most of our materials through Dharma Trading Co., including, but not limited to: Chemicals (Soda Ash, Urea, Sodium Alginate, Professional Textile Detergent and Milisoft), Procion Fiber Reactive Dyes, American Apparel clothing blanks, silk screens and printing inks. Dharma's website is also a valuable resource guide, providing us with tutorials, techniques and insight into other fiber artists methods and designs.
Currently, we run an online shop at groovytoadtiedye.com and enjoy selling our merchandise in person at local arts and crafts markets. On our website we manage a blog that talks about tie dye, art and our adventures running Groovy Toad. We are grateful to Dharma Trading Company for providing us with high quality products and great customer service that has helped make Groovy Toad Tie Dye a success.
