Jill Quillian
Jill Quillian has spent 34 years teaching in elementary schools. Jill also teaches many art classes, calligraphy classes, and guild workshops, and she provides individual instruction in the arts. She is a native of South Dakota's Black Hills, but now lives in Wisconsin. She is passionate about fine calligraphy, paste paper painting, and now has discovered silk painting. She orders strictly from Dharma and loves the traditional gutta-outline type silk painting, but has recently discovered the colored Dupont 'Serti a L'eau water based guttas. She comments, "My art is bright, playful, primary, and has some calligraphy somewhere in the design. The large silks are wall-hangings. She is self-taught, except for a couple Saturday classes.
