Linda Kirk

To Everyone at Dharma,

I just want to say thank you. I started tie-dyeing because I had wanted to sell tie-dye in my store. I couldn't find anyone to do the tie-dye for me.

I ordered the book, Tie-Dye, and a couple of other books, along with bottles, dye, clothing, and with these, I started to teach myself about tie-dye. Armed with these and constant advice from those at Dharma Trading Co., I learned the art of tie-dye. My family and friends still wear a lot of my first encounters with tie-dye.

It probably didn't click until after my first 500 items. Now I am constantly striving to achieve new and better designs. At present, I am doing 500 custom tie-dye shirts for the Relay for Life Cancer Society program and have been interviewed by Revell Carr from the Oregon Historical Society in Portland, Oregon for a project called Traditional Arts of the Oregon Country. I have been asked to do shirts for schools, churches, graduations, and ladies' softball teams. I would like to thank all of you at Dharma Trading Co. Without your products and advice, this wouldn't have been possible. Thank you Isaac, Maria, Loarn, Mary T, Vicky, and everyone else at Dharma Trading Co.
