Mike Pierce

My name is Mike. I've been purchasing your fabrics (mostly silk) and dyes - both acid and fiber reactive - for a little while now and have been achieving some results that I'm proud enough of to share with you and your customers. I've been tie-dyeing since about 1968 or so and was taught by my older sister (who also taught me how to make sand candles and macrame - it was the era) in Newport Beach, CA - actually on the beach. Since then, I have had a love of dyeing fabric and have experimented with batik and other techniques. Attached are some of my latest projects in silk and cotton; I hope you like them...
