PennyAnn Wood

Team H.O.P.E
My name is PennyAnn Wood and I have been tie dying using Dharma products for last 4 years. It started as a birthday party activity, then a kindergarten class project, then a scouting project, and always a fun hobby. When my friends signed on to walk in the 3-day Walk for breast Cancer and needed fundraising ideas I naturally said we need to tie dye. In pink. We sold all of our t-shirts at our first event and had many requests for more - especially in larger sizes. Our t-shirts are all pink or pink and black. Hot Pink and New Black makes the best combo. We also do an all pink using Hot Pink, Baby Pink, and Bubblegum. Our team leader is so enamored of the Electric Blue that she wants to branch into more color combinations.
I have grown to love the smell of the Synthrapol detergent, as well as appreciate the way it keeps the white parts from getting gray. Even after paying for shipping, the Soda Ash is a better price at Dharma than here locally. I have never used the Reduran hand cleaner as I don't really care if my hands are often a strange color - but since many in our group have jobs or are otherwise disinclined to have black smudges and splatters on their skin for a few days, we will definitely make that part of our next purchase.
Our group is called Team H.O.P.E. and must raise more than $17,000 by November to participate in the three day walk. Thanks in part to Dharma - we will actually meet that goal.

We thought it would be a neat idea to showcase the work of artists and businesses who are using Dharma products, so we've been asking customers to send in photos and info so we can share it with you. If you use our products and would like to be included.
