Simone Evans
My name is Simone Evans. I am a textile/fashion designer and have been using your products for as long as I've been designing! I am a weaver and dyer and have been using Shibori-dyeing techniques to create bold, color-drenched, and vibrant patterns onto silk. I then construct garments out of the silk for women of all sizes, with a one size -fits all concept. I make a combination of poncho-styled kimonos, caftans, large silk wraps and shawls, and jackets.
I have used Dharma Acid dyes for production of my hand dyed collections and have always been more than happy with the results. What inspires me to create, is my love for exploring color and just knowing that we can express ourselves creatively by what we choose to wear. I strive to create one- of- a -kind pieces that are especially made for the woman that it'll belong to. I believe the woman underneath these garments are just as special as the custom made garment they are wrapped in.
