Tamara paints silk sarees, paintings, scarves, and more. She loves colour! Silk painting is a medium that I love to work with because every time it surprises you. Creating and exploring new techniques and ideas is always a joy. I love the Jacquard Green Label silk dyes and the different types of beautiful silk fabrics, which make painting and creating so much fun. I have been silk painting for over 28 years and teaching art for over 26 years. Silk is such an amazing medium to work with—the colours are so stunning, and once you start, it’s very hard to stop. I like to do still life, landscapes, paintings, wall hangings, and much more.
